WWII Airfield Architecture
Heritage Open Day: An Exhibition of photographs depicting the buildings and their uses on a WWII Airfield. This year is the first time the full Exhibition has been available. A full survey of the buildings past and present was carried out by experts. A photographic record where possible was recorded together with details of their uses. Our normal Museum exhibits will be open including the only example of a B26 Marauder in the UK. (A large section of the fuselage) with stewards available to enhance your visit.
