Heritage Open Day: Church tour with church bellringing experience. Our church will be 159 years old on this day September 13th 2025. So please come along and join us for refreshments, side shows and stalls.
We have an excellent tour guide - Rev Alison Brown who is the perfect person to guide you through both the history of the Church and the local history. Alison is very witty , full of humour and everyone enjoys her tours . (Think -The Vicar of Dibley)
We will have a few side shows, stalls and refreshments.
The tower will be open for anyone who can manage the winding stairs ( 54 steps)
Not far from the M6 corridor and next to the moorings of the Leeds/Liverpool canal.
Our gorgeous church welcomes photographers where they can come and set up and click away.
Also any artists are welcome to bring along their easels and paints. Come and enjoy the lighting that bursts through the stained glass windows. You will not be disappointed.
