Heritage Open Day: Grade II* listed building. Chapel is the burial chapel of the More Molyneux family of Loseley Park. Talks throughout the day and refreshments available. Grade II* listed building. Built mostly in 1875 - thus celebrating its 150th anniversary - the current church is at least the third on the site. It replaced a church built in 1836 (of poor quality) that had replaced a pre 13th century church that suffered from its proximity to the river.
The restored Loseley Chapel is now open to the public. Originally part of the medieval St Nicolas church, the chapel was restored when the 1836 church was built and at that time the tomb of Arnald Brocas a 14th century Rector of St Nicolas was also moved from the medieval church into the chapel.
