Dyrham Park

Heritage Open Day: At Dyrham Park you can walk through 270 acres of ancient deerpark with wide-reaching views, explore the garden, admire the architecture and visit the 17th-century mansion and stop for refreshments from the tea-room or cafe in the parkland. Shop open. Dyrham Park is looking forward to welcoming visitors for free on Friday 19 and Saturday 20 September. During your visit, you can stretch your legs through the parkland and take in some of the views right over to Wales and you might spot the herd of fallow deer. There are some set walking routes or you can go your way. The formal gardens include an Avenue of formal planting and pools with beautiful borders. There's also an orchard and a peaceful wooded terraces area.
