Leigh Spinners Heritage Centre extended opening
Heritage Open Day: The Heritage Centre will be open for an additional day, Sunday 21 September, and longer opening hours on Saturday 20 September. Come along and help us celebrate our Centenary of Mill Two. We will be open from 10 am till 4 pm on both days. The Heritage Centre is manned by volunteers who are looking forward to showing you around - and making you a brew or getting you a cold drink whilst you look around.
As we are celebrating the centenary of Mill Two, where our Heritage Centre is situated, we will have additional exhibits you can see as you browse around the higher floors of the Mill. These will include photographs of the development of the Mill from empty floors to the building of units housing a great variety of tenants whilst maintaining and showcasing the Grade 2* listed building.
