The Chamber of silence
Heritage Open Day: The chamber of silence is a small room inside the monument in the middle of the park. The chamber is open only twice a year on remembrance Sunday and heritage days when the friends volunteer to open it. Visitors can walk inside a room that most say they have never been in before. They can hear about the history and view the roles of the fallen.
