Tour of Halesworth Cemetery Chapel
Heritage Open Day: The restored cemetery chapel will be open and the burial register database (1855-1918) will be available if visitors wish to check on ancestors buried in the cemetery. Organised by Halesworth u3a Family History group. Halesworth Cemetery Chapel is a unique building rarely open to the public. Kevin Wooldridge will give a talk on the Chapel's history and the value of the records available to trace family history. The cemetery for the town is attractive and historical and can be visited.
