St Mary's Church & Sandwich Art Week

Heritage Open Day: Historic old church and art exhibition. St Mary's Church, now an Art's Centre for the Community, is an historic building dating back to at least the 12th century, with numerous rebuilds in the 14th, 15th, 16th and 17th centuries. It stands on what is thought to be the grounds of a 6th century convent.Traces of all these developments can still be seen today. The Arts Week exhibition will feature over 40 local artists.
