Heritage Open Day: This Victorian property will open its doors to the public to view the restoration work in progress, and learn about its occupants in years gone by. Trewithan House was built as a grand detached residential property by prolific local architect Henry Rice in 1860. Over the years it has not been cared for by a variety of occupants. This is a chance to see how the current owners’ restoration project is progressing. There will be images and text concerning the previous occupants on view.
