A display of local architecture
Heritage Open Day: Using museum collections and archives images, there will be a display relating to local buildings, landmarks and sites of architectural interest. Also a display about the local Co-operative Movement prepared by Tameside Local History Forum. On the ground floor of the museum, there will be a display exploring the architectural heritage of the Tameside area including archaeological finds, and material relating to buildings and landmarks of local interest.
