St Mary's Church, Droylsden
Heritage Open Day: Consecrated in 1848 our Grade II listed church will be open to view our baptism and marriage registers. We will also display research on the names listed on our WWI and WWII memorials. There is an opportunity to learn more about family history, our stained glass windows, our connection to the community and our plans for the future.
There will be details of our WWII VE Day commemorations earlier in the year and an opportunity to delve deeper into our church records.
We will have crafts for children and light refreshments.
