Heritage themed Miniature Railway Open Day

Heritage Open Day: Enjoy scenic train rides on our heritage themed miniature railway along the beautiful river Sowe in Baginton Village. We have miniature trains built from the mid 20th-century to the latest designs running on our volunteer run community railway. Originally devised in the Victorian period, ‘model engineering’ 7¼‘’ railways like ours play host to a range of train shapes, sizes and ages with enough power to pull a car and with some of ours dating to the mid-20th century. The Bridge View Light Railway is a volunteer run community project to build and operate a heritage themed miniature railway along the beautiful riverbank of the Sowe in Baginton Village.
