Build a Church, Build a Village
Heritage Open Day: Build a Lego church and village; exhibition of plans and photos; talk about St Thomas church, Stanhope by Dr Rob Young Build a Church, Build a Village - come and add some bricks to our Lego church or build a cottage for the Lego village.
Small exhibition of some architectural features: a way of investigating changes to buildings; some interesting coincidences between historic North Pennines houses and some further afield; photographs of a variety of church doorways (and the chance to design one yourself).
Also the opportunity to see and discuss the plans for the Saving St Edmund's project.
