Euston Gardens Fleetwood

Heritage Open Day: The seafront area around the landmark North Euston Hotel is steeped in history as the location where Fleetwood's growth began in the past. Learn more about the park's fascinating history and contents. Euston Gardens is laid out in front of the North Euston Hotel provided a pleasant place from which to enjoy the expansive views across Morecambe Bay, the proximity to nearby Pharos Lighthouse and Lower Lighthouse adding extra interest. The memorial obelisk donated in 1890 is in memory of two local men who lost their lives when endeavouring to save others in the great gale of 1890 and has recently been refurbished along with the Grade II listed drinking fountain manufactured by Walter Macfarlane & Co of Glasgow.
