Heritage Open Day: A chance to visit and explore the delights of this little known 'secret' walled garden. A family friendly event with craft activities for children and musical entertainment for all. Refreshments available. A chance to visit in person this little known gem of a walled garden - called by some the secret garden - hidden as it is off the beaten path in Somerfields wood, Hastings. With an opportunity to meet the gardeners, explore the allotments and what delights it offers. We offer musical entertainment provided by local choirs and children's craft activities to provide a family day out. Volunteers provide a variety of refreshments available to purchase in cash or card for as long as stocks last.
