Hyde900: Hidden in Hyde -Three trails

Heritage Open Day: Follow these self-guided trails for children (and adults!) to explore the glass windows in St Bartholomew's and discover the evidence of the remains of the Abbey hidden all around Hyde. Two trails for archaeological detectives of all ages. What happened to Hyde Abbey after it was completely destroyed in 1538? Discover the evidence of the remains of the medieval abbey that is all round us in Hyde.
The third trail focuses on the beautiful stained glass windows in St Bartholomew’s.
Just turn up at St Bartholomew’s in Hyde, grab a sheet and follow the trails around Hyde.
