Theatre Royal Brighton Open Day

Heritage Open Day: Come in and explore our beautiful 218 year old Theatre. Find your favourite seat, take a photo in the Royal Box, find out about our theatre ghosts, search through archive items, join a free tour and enjoy some family arts and crafts! Built in 1807, Theatre Royal Brighton is one of the oldest and most distinguished theatres in the country. The auditorium of this Grade II* listed building is a jewel of Regency architecture, and with over 200 years of stories in its walls, this is your chance to take a closer look!
Enter through our very own historic pub, The Colonnade Bar, and follow in the footsteps of generations as you explore our recently renovated theatre.
