Community heritage art trail

Heritage Open Day: Celebrate the creative spirit of Aldershot! The AMC Wellbeing Café has brought together local residents to create a collection of heritage-inspired artworks. These pieces will be featured in shop and business windows throughout the town centre during Rushmoor Heritage Festival, offering a walking trail of creativity, community, and local stories.

Pick up a trail map from Karuna Coffee on Wellington Street and explore vibrant artworks crafted by people from all walks of life. Each piece tells a unique story connected to Aldershot’s past and present—from shared memories to modern interpretations.

This event is part of the Rushmoor Heritage Festival, celebrating aviation, military and local heritage across Aldershot and Farnborough. For the full programme, please visit www.rushmoor.gov.uk/heritagefestival.
