Carvings, Colour and Connection at Mill Hill Chapel

Heritage Open Day: Join us at Mill Hill Unitarian Chapel for quiet discovery and creative reflection. Explore stone carvings, paint a journey stone to send kindness into the world, or pause for calm and contemplation in our pews—a space for all ages and curious hearts. Step inside our Grade II* listed dissenting gothic chapel in the heart of Leeds for an afternoon of exploration and creative reflection.

On Saturday 20th and Sunday 21st September, 1–4 pm, Mill Hill Unitarian Chapel (City Square, LS1 5EB) opens its doors to welcome you into our beautiful space where history, spirituality, and community meet.
Follow a trail of intricate stone carvings—faces, leaves, and curious details—that have watched over this site for generations.
