Guy's Cliffe Walled Garden

Heritage Open Day: Visit a secret garden that has been woken from its slumbers... A Grade II listed garden of special historic interest. Come and explore the fascinating history and horticultural delights of Guy’s Cliffe walled gardens, dating from the 1750s and supplying the Guy’s Cliffe estate until the 1940s. 250 years later … and looked after by 30 + volunteers – the garden is now supplying its fresh fruit and vegetables to the local foodbanks and night shelter; however, some of the produce, along with fresh flowers and other products, will also be available to buy over the heritage weekend. There will also be activities for younger visitors.
