Warwick Town Walks

Heritage Open Day: Members of the Warwick Society will lead walks around the historic town centre. The mediaeval town of Warwick was badly damaged in the Great Fire of 1694. It was rebuilt in very early Georgian architecture. Much has changed since 1945, but the essence of the townscape remains. Now, it faces challenges of redevelopment sites and too much vehicle traffic. Explore and learn more about its history, its buildings and its prospects.
