Julian Trust Night Shelter

Heritage Open Day: The former site of the St Pauls Brewery and sugar house now the home of the Julian Trust Night Shelter that provides meals and beds for local homeless people. The Shelter will be celebrating it's 40th anniversary next year. The award winning Shelter was established by Meg Grimes in 1986 and is run entirely by volunteers with the support of public donations. The building is not normally open to the public, but visitors can learn about the history of the site and the Trust and the work that it does.
