Sound Bath Healing
Join us for an intimate evening of deep relaxation and renewal at Solihull Methodist Church.
A Sound Bath is a deeply immersive, full-body listening experience where you are gently “bathed” in the healing vibrations of crystal bowls, solfeggio tuning forks, chimes, and drums. These soothing frequencies encourage your mind to find calm, your body to release tension, and your spirit to return to balance.
This session, themed Celestial Journey, will take place in a tranquil, candlelit space designed to help you restore your wellbeing and reconnect with inner peace.
? What to bring: yoga mat, blanket, pillow (for under head or legs), water, and optional eye covering for deeper relaxation.
Health advisory: Not suitable for those with pacemakers, epilepsy, or early pregnancy.
