Caroline and Sarah Explore the Intimate world of Classical Guitar Duets
Sarah Partridge
Sarah was born in Brixton and raised in Essex and has had a lifelong passion for music. Since her mother taught her to play at the age of nine the guitar has been a major part of her life even bringing her together with her late husband. Music took a back seat while she pursued her career in finance until she joined Chelmsford Guitar Orchestra in 2016 and has not looked back since. Sarah has one daughter and is a keen gardener and avid reader.
Caroline Hall
Hailing from the picturesque landscapes of Scotland Caroline is a Classical Guitarist whose roots remain intertwined with traditional songs. After honing her craft at University she now balances life as a devoted mother of two energetic boys with a flourishing teaching career. Caroline imparts her love for music to students in schools alongside maintaining a vibrant private practice. Beyond classical guitar she embraces the spirited art of Flamenco, both playing and dancing with passion and flair.
Caroline and Sarah are both members of Chego who regularly perform together in concerts and festivals. The duo was formed last year and are delighted to return to play the venue this year.
