Haunted Half-Term
Join us for spooky activities and family fun with our haunted half-term this October.
From 25 October until 2 November, children get free entry to the house and grounds at Waddesdon!
Take part in our Skeleton Trail where Little and Big Adventurers alike have word puzzles to solve! Once you’ve got your answers, head to the Stables Shop with your trail sheet to collect your prize.
Trail sheets are available from the Welcome Pavilion or Visitor Information. The trail runs from 10am – 4pm, last trail entry is 3.30pm and prizes are available to collect until 4pm.
Can you spot any ghostly figures inside the House? With free entry for kids, it’s the perfect time to explore the rooms, with spooky surprises along the way.
Visit the Skull Shack (also known as the Conservation Hub), where skeletons are hard at work and mysterious boxes are waiting to be uncovered… Can you guess what’s inside? You’ll also have the chance to learn about the different species that live in and around Waddesdon, as well as using a microscope to see the beauty of nature.
