The Orchestra is joined by the Tamesis Chamber Choir and an outstanding quartet of soloists. The programme also includes the earlier Choral Fantasia, with Meng Yan Pang returning to Norden Farm to play the brilliant solo piano part.
Courtyard Theatre
As an upbeat to this evening’s main event, 5 young composers have each been invited to compose a short piece for piano inspired by Beethoven’s Ninth Symphony.
Curated by Pernille Faye, the performers will include Meng Yan Pang, Nigel Wilkinson and students from the Royal Academy of Music. The event will last half an hour and entry is free. Come and be intrigued and entertained by the composers of tomorrow!
