If you have ever wondered 'are there any community choirs near me?' then the answer is firmly yes!
Your local Caterham choir is run by singer/pianist Valerie Turnbull. Rock Choir is unequalled in the opportunities we can offer our members - from performing at top music and arts venues like the O2 Arena and on top of the BT tower to raising money for some of the UKs best-loved good causes such as Missing People, Sport Relief and local charities like Ty Hafan in South Wales. Appearing on national television and singing with celebrities like Natasha Bedingfield has been exciting and exhilarating, but Rock Choir members still know the importance of supporting our local community causes and events!
Rock Choir is the no audition, no need to read music choir and it was the first of its kind in the country. You can book yourself (and a friend if your feeling a bit nervous!) a FREE singing taster session before you join the choir. Just go to rockchoir.com and you'll find out all you need to know. Rock Choir is a winner of the Red Ribbon 'Big Heart' Award. and holds 1 former and 2 current Guinness World Records. The choir is also credited with single handedly starting the contemporary choir movement.
