If you are pondering whether there is a 'pop or gospel choir near me' then you may be interested in the local Rock Choir.
Your local Sudbury choir is run by Suffolk based musician Lee Birnie. The choir will be performing locally again soon so it's a chance for you to join in, sing and perform without pressure and under the supportive guidance of Lee. Rock Choir members have performed and sung across the country at venues including Wembley Stadium for the record breaking Saracens versus Harlequins rugby league game in 2012, on top of the BT tower and many more iconic landmarks. The choir also has a charitable function in raising money and awareness for Missing People and Refuge.
Just like a Zumba session or art class, your membership of the choir provides an escape from everyday life. For over an hour, once a week, your time is completely your own, to do nothing but sing your heart out with our trailblazing formula of fun, friendship and feel-good music. Book a FREE singing taster session at the Sudbury Rock Choir and see for yourself!
Here is a quote about our choir - 'Singing gives a terrific high and is certainly an aid to fighting depression. I look forward to each week with excitement. I just want to spread the word, join Rock Choir if there is one near you. ' - Seana (Rock Choir Member)
