Celebrate Film100: Guinness World Records Attempt

Celebrate 100 years of film and TV with a day packed full of movie magic, family fun and a chance to be part of a Guinness World Records™.

This summer, step onto the set of cinematic history and become part of a world record! To celebrate 100 years of movie magic at the UK’s most filmed heritage site, the Old Royal Naval College is teaming up with Elstree Studios to host Celebrate Film 100. This spectacular event will stage a remarkable Guinness World Records™ attempt for the largest gathering of people dressed as film and TV characters, as well as a film themed celebration with iconic prop and set stations and film fan and family fun throughout the day.

As well as the Guinness World Record™ attempt, free activities throughout the day include:

Roaming entertainment including giant dinosaur puppets
Free outdoor craft activities
Food and drink stalls
The chance to see film prop stations
