Phil Nichol 'Trying My Best' UK Tour

The multi-award-winning Canadian comedian Phil Nichol is back with his first tour in seven years – and he’s bringing the very best of his stand-up to the stage. Trying My Best is a whirlwind of riotous songs, razor-sharp routines, madcap storytelling and quick-fire one-liners that showcase Nichol’s trademark mix of warmth, mischief, and sheer comic energy.

Expect modern classic songs like You Can’t Say That to Me, Sleazy Massage, Elvis Sucks, and his infamous Only Gay Eskimo, alongside hilarious tales of life as a Canadian in the UK, musings on transport, English quirks, and plenty of crowd interaction.

A veteran of the international comedy scene, Nichol has performed in over 50 countries, created 23 acclaimed Edinburgh Festival shows, and won some of comedy’s most prestigious awards, including the Edinburgh Comedy Award. With Trying My Best, he draws on more than three decades of acclaimed work to deliver a definitive evening of his finest material.
