QPAC life-drawing tutor Ayse Kongur will be leading a clothed life-drawing workshop aimed at those between 12-17. Life-drawing is a foundational skill for visual arts, building strong visual perception and memory, drawing from models. Students will look at a clothed model and draw their position in perspective, articulating with drape studies and shading. Ayse will guide and give instructions on proportions, human form analysis and basic anatomy.
Please note that the cost of the workshop includes a contribution towards the fee for the Life Model.

Please bring a snack and a bottle of water, or there is a coffee bar on site. There will be a break to eat your snack during the workshop. Materials will be provided by the centre – paper, charcoal and pencil but if you favour any particular media we encourage you to bring them for experimentation.
