THE SHARED HEART (12 YEARS) art exhibition by Bibo&Brian Keeley
The Shared Heart (12 Years) is an on-going body of autobiographical artwork by Bibo & Brian Keeley which has been evolving since Brian's heart transplant in 2013. The artists' deeply personal work reflects on memory, survival, the fragility of life, and the transformative realities of heart transplantation. Their collaborative work in sculpture, installation, and film, explores the physical and emotional challenges, and the medical complexities, of a post-transplant life, which co-exist with Bibo & Brian's appreciation for their continued shared life.
