Looking for a full day of adventure in the Peak District? This combined experience blends the thrill of abseiling with the excitement of underground exploration, making it a great choice for adventurous individuals, families, and groups. We’ll start the day with multiple abseils from the impressive Millers Dale Viaduct – a stunning spot to test your nerve and build confidence. In the afternoon, we head underground to explore a natural cave system, where you’ll take on challenges such as abseiling underground or navigating optional squeeze sections. It’s a day packed with variety, adrenaline, and the chance to try something completely different.This full-day adventure combines two of our most popular activities into one unforgettable experience. We begin with abseiling from the impressive Millers Dale Viaduct – a brilliant way to build confidence and enjoy the thrill of lowering yourself off a bridge, supported by our friendly, qualified instructors.
Each person gets multiple turns to abseil, with time to progress and enjoy the buzz. The morning session wraps up in time for lunch – bring your own or grab something tasty from the café on-site.
After lunch, you can follow us about 15 minutes to a local cave. You’ll be kitted out with everything you need to stay safe underground before we head in to explore.
Inside the cave, we’ll take on a mix of natural features and optional challenges – including the chance to abseil underground or try some squeeze sections (completely optional, no pressure!).
Whether you are brand new to these activities or looking for a fun challenge, the day is paced to suit you – with expert support throughout.
