About the Walk
Experience the Peak District’s White Peak at its most beautiful time of year. This easy-going guided walk follows the River Wye through some of the region’s most spectacular limestone dales, glowing with autumn colour.
Starting from Tideswell Dale, we’ll wander through open fields and riverside paths before exploring the dramatic landscapes of Cressbrook Dale, Miller’s Dale, and the magical Water-cum-Jolly. Along the way, we’ll visit the impressive limestone feature of Peter’s Stone, a highlight of the walk.
With peaceful riverside sections, golden woodland, and gentle climbs, this is a relaxed yet scenic route — perfect for walkers (and dogs!) looking to soak up the sights and colours of autumn in the Peak District.
