Mental Elf - a festive 5k charity fun run!
It doesn’t matter if you’re a running pro or prefer a gentle stroll, everyone can take part in this festive 5k fun run – the emphasis is on the fun!
Join us at 11am, Sunday 30 November in Crystal Palace Park (registration at 10am)
This is a great chance to come together with your local community whilst giving back. By getting active and spending time outdoors, you’ll not only be boosting your own mental wellbeing but also raising vital funds for your local mental health and dementia services.
Fancy dress is not mandatory but the best dressed elves (or dogs) will get an optional spotlight on our social media and maybe even a prize!

- Adult entry: £15
- If you are feeling generous and would like to include a donation with your entry, there is a Generous Elf entry for £20.
- Group tickets for 6 people: £60. No need to allocate the places to people at booking, so sign up a team and get recruiting some friends, family members or colleagues to join you!
Under 16s come for free (but must be with an adult).
Buggies welcome. Friendly dogs kept on a short lead are also very welcome to join.
