Build strength, coordination and confidence in this high-energy gymnastics class designed for older children. Students will develop key skills such as handstands, cartwheels, bridges and balances, progressing towards more advanced tricks and sequences. Through safe, structured guidance, children learn to combine acrobatics with creative movement, improving flexibility, control and self-belief.
