Friends of Glamorgan Heritage Coast Fun and Information Event
The Friends of Glamorgan Heritage Coast are inviting the local community to a special Fun and Information Afternoonat the Glamorgan Heritage Coast Centre, Dunraven Park, on Sunday 30th November 2025.
The free event promises something for everyone: complimentary tea, coffee, squash and cakes will be served throughout the afternoon, with a chance to chat to members and supporters. We’re also inviting members of the public to share their ideas and project suggestions — helping shape the initiatives that the Friends can support or lobby for in the future.
Families are very welcome, with fun quiz and slideshow about the stunning Glamorgan coast taking place at 1.30pm. Visitors will also be able to learn more about the work of the Friends, share their ideas on how the charity can develop in the future, and explore opportunities to get involved.

This event is a chance to shine a light on the Glamorgan Heritage Coast itself, which celebrates 50 years in 2025.
The Friends aim to celebrate the beauty and importance of this unique coastline, while raising awareness of the challenges it faces. By engaging families, local residents and visitors alike, the afternoon event will inspire more people to value, support, and get involved in protecting the coast for future generations.
