The Royal Free Music Society Choir is pleased to invite you to come to the next concert
featuring two powerful choral masterworks: Joseph Haydn’s “Nelson Mass” and Michael
Haydn’s “Requiem in C Minor.” The performance will take place on Saturday, 29 November
at 7:00pm at Emmanuel Church, Lyncroft Gardens, NW6 1JU.
Under the musical direction of conductor Ben Wolf, this inspiring programme pairs one of
Joseph Haydn’s most dramatic and celebrated masses with Michael Haydn’s deeply moving
Requiem—a work believed to have influenced Mozart's own Requiem.
Our soloists for this performance will be:
- Charlotte Shipley, soprano
- Helen Stanley, mezzo-soprano
- Matthew Pochin, tenor
- Ben Seifert, bass
