Get ready to jingle all the way at Mental Elf – a merry 2.5 or 5k walk/run that’s all about festive fun, community spirit and raising awareness of mental health and wellbeing. This feel-good event brings people together to move, laugh and connect, while supporting a great cause - Thurrock and Brentwood Mind.
Whether you’re walking, jogging or dancing your way around the course, you’ll be spreading joy and promoting the power of physical activity for a healthier mind.
Festive fancy dress will be very much encouraged – so dust off those elf ears or hats. There’s even a prize for the best dressed Elf (adult and child), so bring your cheer and show us your most creative Christmas look.
We are optimistic that Father Christmas will be putting in an appearance as well!
