The Dumb Waiter
In Pinter’s classic play, The Dumb Waiter, Ben and Gus are two assassins hiding out in a basement in Birmingham. They have no idea what the next job is, and get increasingly tense as they wait for instructions on their next hit. When they find a dumb waiter in the basement the unexpected starts happening. (This amateur production of “The Dumb Waiter” is presented by arrangement with Concord Theatricals Ltd on behalf of Samuel French Ltd. www.concordtheatricals.co.uk.) The play contains discussions of violence and mild physical threat. Running time: 55 minutes with no interval.
