Ealing Broadway unwraps festive celebrations
Christmas magic will return to Ealing Broadway this week as the centre unveils its seasonal activity line-up, featuring its popular Christmas Markets, as well as an exciting schedule of new character appearances inspired by some of the nation’s favourite festive films.
The Christmas Markets will be located in Town Square from Friday 21st November until Christmas Eve (Wednesday 24th December), bringing a wonderland of stalls offering festive flavours and winter warmer food and drinks.
From 4pm each day, starting on 28th November, the much-loved snow machine will create a gentle flurry, setting a magical scene alongside this year’s brand-new giant snowman.
And that’s not all – this December, visitors can step into the plot of their favourite Christmas films with visits from characters inspired by movies such as Elf, Home Alone, and The Grinch.
The characters will appear at intervals between 11am – 4pm from 6th December to Christmas Eve (24th), giving families plenty of chances to embrace the festive fun and snap a seasonal shot with the much-loved characters.
Andrew Rollings, centre director at Ealing Broadway, said: “The countdown to Christmas is officially on, and we’re so excited to welcome visitors back for another festive season packed with fun, laughter and plenty of surprises at Ealing Broadway. From the return of our markets to our new character visits inspired by some of our favourite festive faces, there’s so much for families and friends to enjoy together.
“Whether you’re here for some Christmas shopping, a festive feast or just to soak up the atmosphere, we’ve got everything you need for a brilliant day out.”
