If you’re searching for a cosy Christmas day out, Great Western Railway has shared the top five festive markets across the South West that can be visited from London this Christmas, all accessible from Paddington station.
The festive markets include:
- Hyde Park Winter Wonderland, London: Each year, Hyde Park is transformed into a festive feast of funfair rides, Christmas markets, street food and much more. You’ll struggle to find a bigger, more immersive seasonal experience in the UK than the yuletide extravaganza that is Winter Wonderland.
- Bath Christmas Market: The Market transforms the city into a winter wonderland, with over 150 beautifully decorated wooden chalets offering unique gifts, crafts, and delicious seasonal treats.
- Exeter Christmas Market: Nestled in the Cathedral Green, the market offers a glimpse into Christmas past. Meander through cobbled streets, tracing the footsteps of centuries gone by, and unearth treasures in charming boutiques. This adventure is a true time-traveller's delight.
What’s even better, GWR is offering five lucky winners the chance to visit all five markets (and more) for free across a two-week period.
