The Shrewsbury Rock Choir is led by Shropshire based musician and teacher Rowan Richards. Rock Choir is unequalled in the opportunities we can offer our members - from performing at top music and arts venues like Wembley Stadium for Saracens v Harlequins in 2012 and on top of the BT tower to raising money for some of the UKs best-loved good causes such as Missing People, Sport Relief and local charities like Ty Hafan in South Wales. Appearing on national television and singing with celebrities like Deborah Stevens has been exciting and exhilarating, but Rock Choir members still know the importance of supporting our local community causes and events!
Every week local people like you attend group rehearsals and learn pop, rock, Motown and every now and again a 'pop gospel' song.
