Festive characters spread Christmas cheer at Drake Circus
The festive season is well underway at Drake Circus and The Barcode, with a line-up of much-loved characters adding extra cheer to every visit this Christmas.
On Sunday 14th December, visitors will have the chance to meet the Mean Green One as he arrives with his trademark grumpiness, sharp one-liners and dramatic entrances. He might not be a fan of Christmas tunes, but your festive spirit could still win him over. Expect playful interactions and plenty of photo opportunities.
Whilst on Thursday 18th December, families can meet the Elf as he brings plenty of smiles, laughter and light-hearted festive fun to the centre. From his love of smiling to his unusual taste for syrup-topped spaghetti, he’s ready to entertain visitors of all ages.
Throughout the season, visitors can also enjoy daily snow flurries at 4pm. Every day until Christmas Eve, gentle snowfall will transform Drake Circus into a winter-themed backdrop, adding an extra touch of magic to festive shopping trips and family days out.
