Edgbaston care home opens its doors to the community
A care home in Edgbaston is inviting the local community for a sneak peek inside.
Care UK’s Edgbaston Manor on Speedwell Road will be hosting an open day for the local community on Thursday 8th January from 11am-4pm.
Guests will be taken on a tour of the care home to get a feel for what life is like at Edgbaston Manor and to explore its purpose-built facilities, including the cinema room, hair salon, and rooftop terrace.
Visitors to the open day will have the chance to experience ‘Tina’s Tea Dance,’ a fun, low-impact exercise activity enjoyed by residents as part of the home’s wellbeing programme.
Members of the community will also have the opportunity to meet Edgbaston Manor’s friendly team, including Home Manager Zoe Steventon, who will be on hand to answer any questions.
