Have you ever wanted to try aerial circus but thought “I’m not strong enough, flexible enough, or coordinated enough”? At Rebel Circus Collective, we believe circus is for everyone — no experience, no fitness background, and no prior training required.
Our absolute beginners aerial circus classes are designed for first-timers and those returning after a break. In a supportive, welcoming environment, you’ll be guided through the foundations of aerial hoop, aerial silks, and trapeze, alongside optional ground-based circus skills. Everything is taught safely and progressively, helping you build strength, coordination, confidence, and body awareness at your own pace.
These beginner classes are a chance to get hands-on with different circus disciplines and discover what you genuinely enjoy. Many students find that one apparatus really clicks — whether that’s hoop, silks, or trapeze. Once you’ve built confidence and familiarity, you can move into a dedicated discipline class that focuses solely on that apparatus and progresses more quickly, allowing you to deepen technique and skill.
