Gloucestershire housebuilder is offering FREE webinar for homebuyers

A local housebuilder is calling on first-time buyers across Gloucestershire to take advantage of a free online webinar hosted by property experts in the region.
On Wednesday 21 January, from 18:30pm -19:00pm, Barratt Bristol, currently building at Winnycroft in Gloucester and Ladden Garden Village in Yate, is teaming up with financial experts, The Mortgage Brain, to help budding property seekers navigate the journey to homeownership.
The virtual event will provide attendees with practical guidance on understanding mortgages, preparing an application, financial advice, and a step-by-step process of purchasing a property.
Following the webinar, experts from both The Mortgage Brain and Barratt Bristol, will be available to offer tailored advice on the home-buying processes, offer tips for purchasing homes, and explain schemes that assist house-hunters in getting on to the property ladder.
Richard Lawson, Sales Director at Barratt Bristol, said: “We are looking forward to chatting with prospective buyers and helping them learn more about the process – with the aim of getting first time buyers across Gloucestershire onto the property ladder.
“We encourage those looking to purchase a home in 2026 to attend the webinar, meet our team, and learn more about mortgages and property guidance.
“We anticipate this collaboration between Barratt Bristol and The Mortgage Brain to be popular, so we encourage local buyers to sign up and reserve their space.”
