A Night of Northern Soul
Every other month I arrange with different DJ's from around the country to come along to the club & play records from their collections.
This month it will be:
Arthur Woodhead
Joe Tucker
John Whyman
Martin Webb
Robb Alexander
These tunes over the past 60 years have been rediscovered by collectors, enthusiasts, dealers & DJ's who relentlessly search through mountains of old records & in some cases original studio tapes in the hope of finding a brilliant tune that has something special that makes you want to dance with a passion.
Some of these records in the past 45 years have become Northern Soul dance floor classics.

CANARY CLUB, 104 Thorpe Rd, Norwich, NR1 1RT
Friday 6th February 2026
7.30pm - midnight
Doors open 7.15pm
FACILITIES:
Private Bar / superb wooden dance floor/ seating with tables / wheelchair access / all facilities are on the ground floor.
The venue is VERY CLOSELY SITUATED to a Regular Bus Stop, the Train Station & Taxi Ranks plus within a short walk plenty of Eateries, Hotels, B&B, Motels, Morrisons, NCFC, Riverside complex are all close by.
The club is situated in a zoned area for on road parking, so be careful. The Club has a Free car park for approx 36 cars.
