Devon housebuilder celebrates 80% of homes sold with an open day
A local housebuilder is celebrating a major milestone, with 80% of homes now sold, by hosting a free open day for the local community.
Three years after construction began, nearly 71 homes have sold at David Wilson’s Hampton Mill development, on Crediton Road – leaving only 18 homes remaining available to buy.
To mark this milestone, David Wilson is hosting an open day on Saturday 31 January, from 11am-3pm, showcasing homes that are available to move into immediately. David Wilson’s ready-to-move-into homes include upgraded kitchens and flooring throughout, with selected homes also featuring blinds and light fittings.
On the one day event, visitors will be able to speak to a David Wilson mortgage advisor and a local estate agent, who will be available to offer expert advice and provide further information on how to climb the property ladder.
