Audley End House - Open Garden for NGS
Audley End is a spectacular early C17 mansion set in an outstanding landscaped park. Stroll through a landscape designed and influenced by Capability Brown, later enhanced by William Sawry Gilpin. Highlights inc the intricately patterned Parterre laid out in 1832, restored in 1988, with shrubs, perennials, and annuals, plus an atmospheric organic Walled Kitchen Garden.
